The Proof Behind the Projects
From emergency switchboards to custom PDUs, LFG delivers purpose-built electrical solutions across markets—on timelines others won't touch.
Cherry Lane
Six Weeks to Restore Critical Power
A subcontractor's drilling operation gone wrong sparked a major electrical fire at Cherry Lane—cutting power not only to the residential high-rise under construction in one of Denver's most affluent neighborhoods, but to an adjacent Whole Foods among the busiest in the country. With generators burning through costs by the day, permanent restoration couldn't wait. LFG compressed a typical year-long lead time into six weeks—mobilizing design teams, field leaders, and project managers to manufacture and deliver replacement switchboards when every hour counted.
Waldorf Astoria
7 Switchboards, Timed for Installation
When one of Miami's most high-profile hospitality projects called for switchgear, LFG delivered on quality and coordination. This seven-board, 18-section ABB package demonstrated LFG's ability to work across manufacturer relationships without missing a beat. As much as the build itself, the project tested scheduling discipline: rather than rushing boards into storage prematurely, LFG worked backward from project's delivery schedule—protecting the client from unnecessary storage costs and ensuring equipment arrived in pristine condition, ready for install.
Royal Caribbean HQ
From 40-Week Delay to Four-Week Delivery
When Royal Caribbean's headquarters faced a power distribution crisis after their supplier issued a 30–40-week delay letter, LFG stepped in with a solution engineered and delivered in four weeks. The team designed a custom Power Distribution Unit—combining a 480V switchboard with an external step-down transformer configured to fit within the site's tight spatial constraints. LFG turned around the design in under two days, leveraging strategic on-hand inventory of breakers, steel, and copper to begin manufacturing immediately. The result: a fully operational system delivered and installed while the original supplier's lead time was still months out.
Willets Point
Simplifying Utility Separation Through Custom Engineering
In New York multifamily projects, building owners often must provide and pay for electric heat while tenants cover their own air conditioning. Traditional solutions like submetering or field-installed relay systems add significant cost and labor. LFG engineered a factory-built control panel that separates landlord-paid heating from tenant-paid cooling—a simpler, more cost-effective solution. Designed and manufactured entirely in-house, the prototype was developed and approved in under a month, with production scaling to deliver 800 units across a five-month phased rollout aligned with the construction schedule.

Dallas Metro Hotel
Installer Verification That Protected Budget and Schedule
On a fast-moving hotel project in Dallas, LFG's installer verification process became a quiet differentiator. By confirming field conditions and installation details early, the team identified opportunities to shift plans before they became costly change orders—keeping the schedule tight and the budget intact. Working in close coordination with the design team, LFG moved swiftly to align production with real-world site conditions, turning what could have been reactive problem-solving into proactive partnership.
LFG was competitive with pricing from what I’ve seen in the industry—everything that they said they were going to deliver, they did.
